Join our Board

Chair our new Audit and Risk Committee

Having achieved registration with the Regulator for Social Housing in 2025, CHA has been working hard to lay the foundations to begin delivery of our mission to bring about the vision laid out in the Archbishops’ ‘Coming Home’ report.

We are at an exciting stage in our development and are setting up an Audit and Risk Committee to help us as we take these next important steps. The primary responsibilities of the committee are to provide CHA with critical oversight over the organisation’s financial health, internal controls and risk management.

The committee will play a vital role in safeguarding the current and future financial health and integrity of CHA and in supporting the Board in meeting its fiduciary and legal responsibilities, ensuring that we deliver our core purpose. As the Chair of our Audit and Risk committee, you will be responsible for providing independent oversight and direction to ensure strong financial stewardship, robust risk management, and effective governance of CHA.
